◼️Overview

This is a flow where, upon receiving an email with an attached invoice, the invoice is read using AI-OCR, the content is checked by a responsible person, and then a notification is sent to Slack.

By including a check by the responsible person midway, it allows for more accurate integration of invoice information.

The items read by OCR, the Slack notification channel, and the notification content can be freely changed.

👏 Benefits of Integrating Zoom with Slack

Benefit 1: Reduce Post-Meeting Workload

Creating meeting minutes and sharing updates can get too much and time-consuming. By automating this flow, key meeting details such as discussed topics, key decisions, and meeting summaries are automatically retrieved from Zoom and posted to Slack. This reduces the need of manually reviewing meeting records to create minutes, saving time and allowing you to focus on other tasks.

Benefit 2: Easily Manage and Share Meeting Data

For project teams, simplifying this process is effective for collaboration. This automated flow allows all team members to access important materials immediately, ensuring they’re able to stay on top of their tasks and review past meeting content easily. It also supports in organizing and managing meetings efficiently, making it easier to track progress and follow up on action items.

📖 Summary

With this automation, you can easily create meeting minutes after a Zoom meeting ends and post the summary to Slack, greatly reducing your workload. Meeting data is efficiently archived, allowing your team to quickly access important information.
