Many people manage documents by creating a folder for each client in OneDrive.
However, manually creating folders every time a new client is added is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task.
By utilizing this template, you can reduce such burdens.
When business card information is registered in Sansan, a folder is automatically created in OneDrive, eliminating the need for manual folder creation.
As a result, you will have more time to focus on other tasks, leading to increased productivity.
■Notes
・Please integrate both Sansan and OneDrive with Yoom.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・Sansan is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are normally restricted.
