With this workflow, simply uploading an audio file to Box automatically completes the entire process—from transcription to summarization with Perplexity and saving the results in Notion—helping streamline these routine tasks.

■Flowbot Steps

1. First, connect Box, Perplexity, and Notion to Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. Then, set the Box “Download a file” action as an operation to retrieve the file uploaded by the trigger.
4. Next, select Yoom’s “Transcribe audio data” feature as an operation to convert the downloaded audio file into text.
5. Then, set Perplexity’s “Generate text” action as an operation to summarize the transcribed text.
6. Finally, set Notion’s “Add a record” action as an operation to add the generated summary and other information to the specified database.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder where audio files will be uploaded.
• You can freely customize the prompt used to generate summaries with Perplexity. For example, you can specify the output format with instructions such as “Summarize the following text in bullet points.”
• For the Notion add action, select the database where you want to add the data, then assign the summary generated by Perplexity to properties such as the title and body.

• Connect Notion, Perplexity, and Box to Yoom.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• The transcription operation is available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, configured Flowbot operations will result in an error.
