■Workflow Steps
- First, connect Google Forms and Google Sheets to Yoom.
- Next, select Google Forms as the trigger and set the “When a response is submitted to the form” action.
- Then, configure the Google Sheets “Get multiple records” action in the operation and retrieve all records to be updated in bulk.
- Next, configure the “Repeat” command operation to run the subsequent steps for every retrieved record.
- Finally, configure the Google Sheets “Update record” action within the repeat process to update each record in sequence.

- In the Google Forms trigger settings, enter the form ID you want to use as the trigger.
- In each Google Sheets operation, enter the spreadsheet ID and tab name for the spreadsheet containing the records you want to update.
■Notes
- Connect both Google Forms and Google Sheets to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.

- Apps used between “Repeat the same process” operations are available on the Personal plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured workflow operations and data connections will result in errors.
