Use AI to analyze the sentiment of issues added to Backlog and notify Discord

This workflow helps improve the process by using AI to analyze each new Backlog issue, identify its emotional nuances, and automatically notify Discord of the results.

■Flowbot Workflow

1. First, connect Backlog and Discord with Yoom.
2. Next, select Backlog as the trigger and set the “When a new issue is added” action to define what starts the Flowbot.
3. Then, configure the AI feature’s “Generate text” action as an operation. Use the Backlog issue content as the input and set up a prompt to identify the emotions expressed in the issue text.
4. Finally, configure Discord’s “Send a message” action as an operation and set it to send a notification containing the AI-generated emotion recognition results to the specified channel.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• For the AI feature’s “Generate text” action, customize the prompt to define how Backlog issue details, such as the subject and description, should be analyzed and how you want the emotion recognition results to be formatted.
• For Discord’s “Send a message” action, set any channel ID as the notification destination. You can also freely customize the message content and include details such as the issue title, priority, assignee, and AI-generated emotion analysis results.

• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
