- With the data transformation feature, you can use regular expressions and other methods to automatically rename shared PDF files in any format, such as by date or business partner name.
- In the Discord notification settings, you can freely specify the channel for sharing and insert dynamic information such as the file name and received date and time into the message.
■Notes
- Connect both Outlook and Discord to Yoom.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home use and general business use (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a general business plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
- Paid plans such as the Personal plan include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are restricted by plan. For details, see the Pricing plans page.
- Downloadable files can be up to 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.

- Operations that control a browser are available only on the Success plan. On the Free, Personal, Mini, and Team plans, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
