■Flow Bot Workflow

First, connect Discord to Yoom
Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
Use the branching feature to set the conditions for executing the file conversion, such as posts containing specific keywords
Next, set the Discord action “Download the file in a message”
Use the RPA feature to access any online image conversion site, upload the downloaded file, and convert it to PNG format
Use the data transformation features “Replace data using regular expressions” or “Convert file name” to format the file name for easy replies
Finally, use Discord’s “Send a file” action to send the converted PNG file to the designated channel

You can choose any Discord channel to send the converted file to, and the message body can include not only fixed text but also variables such as a mention of the poster

Connect Discord to Yoom.
You can select the trigger interval from 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
Branching is a feature (operation) available on the Personal plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured flow bot operation will result in an error.
