■Flowbot Steps
- First, connect Google Chat and Discord to Yoom.
- Next, select Google Chat as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent to a space.”
- Then, select the AI feature in the operation and use the “Summarize” action to summarize the post retrieved by the trigger.
- Finally, set Discord’s “Send a message” action in the operation and send the summarized text to the specified channel.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
- With the AI feature’s “Summarize” action, you can customize the character count, wording, and other aspects of the text to be summarized.
- For Discord notifications, you can choose the destination channel. You can also add not only fixed text but also variables, such as the summary generated by the preceding AI operation, to the message body.
■Important Notes
- Connect both Google Chat and Discord to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan.
- Google Chat can only be connected when using Google Workspace. For details, see How to Send Messages to a Space in Google Chat.
- The summarization feature is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, the configured Flowbot operations and Data Connect will result in errors, so please take note.
- Paid plans, including the Personal, Mini, Team, and Success plans, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
