■Flowbot Steps
- First, connect Discord and Google Chat to Yoom
- Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
- Then, select the AI feature as an operation and use the “Translate” action to translate the post retrieved from Discord
- Finally, select Google Chat as an operation, set the “Send a message” action, and send the translated content to the designated space
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
- With the AI feature’s “Translate” action, you can customize the text to translate and the target language
- With the Google Chat message-sending action, you can select the space where you want to send notifications. You can also customize the notification body by embedding variables, such as the translation result retrieved in a previous operation, instead of using fixed text only
■Notes
- Connect both Google Chat and Discord to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan.
- Google Chat can only be connected when using Google Workspace. For details, see How to send a message to a space in Google Chat.
- The translation feature is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, operations and Data Connects configured in your Flowbot will result in errors.
- Paid plans, including the Personal, Mini, Team, and Success plans, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
