■Overview
When managing data for an application developed with the no-code tool Bubble, do you find it time-consuming to keep your team updated whenever data changes? Manual notifications can lead to delayed responses and missed information. With this workflow, you can use data updates in Bubble as a trigger to automatically send messages to Telegram. By connecting Bubble and Telegram, you can share important updates quickly and keep your team aligned.
■Who This Template Is For
- Anyone who manually notifies Telegram about updates to data managed in Bubble
- Anyone who wants to connect Bubble and Telegram for faster information sharing
- Team leaders who need to quickly share development project status changes and other updates with stakeholders
■Benefits of This Template
- Automatically trigger notifications when data is updated in Bubble, reducing the time spent on manual communication.
- Prevent human errors such as missed or delayed notifications that can occur with manual information sharing, ensuring reliable communication.
■Workflow Steps
- First, connect Bubble and Telegram to Yoom.
- Next, select Bubble as the trigger and set the action to “When a Thing is created or updated.”
- Next, configure a branch in the operation so that subsequent steps run only when data is updated.
- Next, set the Bubble “Retrieve a Thing” action in the operation to retrieve the details of the updated data.
- Finally, set the Telegram “Send a message” action in the operation to notify the designated recipient with the retrieved information.
*“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger runs.
■Customization Options
- In the Bubble trigger settings, specify the data type of the Thing you want to use as the notification trigger.
- In the Telegram notification settings, you can specify the group where the message should be sent.
- You can freely add variables to the notification message, including Bubble data retrieved in previous operations, in addition to fixed text.
■Notes
- Connect both Bubble and Telegram to Yoom.
- Branching is an operation available on the Mini Plan and above. On the Free Plan, operations configured in the workflow will result in an error.
- Paid plans, including the Mini Plan, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) subject to plan restrictions.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- The shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
