■Workflow Overview

1. First, connect Box and Mem to Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. Then, set the Box “Get file information” action as an operation to retrieve information about the uploaded file.
4. Finally, set Mem’s “Create Note” action as an operation to create a Note using the retrieved information.

■Customization Options

• In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder ID to monitor for file uploads.
• In the action that creates a Note in Mem, you can specify the collection ID where the Note will be saved. You can also add fixed text to the Note content and insert dynamic information, such as the file name retrieved from Box, as variables.
