■Workflow

1. First, connect Airtable and Shopify to Yoom.
2. Next, select Airtable as the trigger and set the action to “When a record is created.”
3. Then, configure the branching feature in the operation settings so that subsequent actions run only when the created record meets specific conditions.
4. Finally, set the Shopify “Create customer” action in the operation settings to create customer information based on the data in Airtable.

* “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Airtable trigger settings, enter the base ID, table ID (or table name), and field information you want to use.
• For the branching conditions, you can set any criteria to determine which records should trigger a collection to be added to Shopify.
• In the Shopify action settings, make sure to correctly enter the subdomain of the store where you want to register customer information.

• Connect both Airtable and Shopify to Yoom.
• You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
