■Overview
When the database information is updated, it automatically updates the basic member information in Kaonavi using that information and notifies LINE WORKS.
■Setup Method
・Set the database trigger to "When the database is updated" and configure the target database and table.
・Integrate with Kaonavi and set up an operation to update employee information with the "Update Member Basic Information" action.
・In LINE WORKS, configure the operation to "Send a message to the talk room," including the linked account, destination room, and message content.
■Notes
・Integration settings with accounts are required for both Kaonavi and LINE WORKS.
・Please replace the items in Kaonavi's member basic information and the notification content to LINE WORKS with your preferred values.
