◼️Overview
When employee information is registered in the database, it will be automatically added to Kaonavi and notified in LINE WORKS.
◼️Setup Method
1. Set the database trigger to "When newly created" and configure the target database and table.
2. Integrate with the app and set up an operation to add employee information to Kaonavi using the "Register Member" action.
3. In LINE WORKS, configure the operation to "Send a message to the talk room," including the linked account, destination room, and message content.
◼️Notes
・Integration settings with accounts are required for both Kaonavi and LINE WORKS.
・Please replace the fields of employee information added to Kaonavi and the content of LINE WORKS notifications with your desired values.
