■Flowbot Steps

1. First, connect Discord, Gemini, and Microsoft Excel to Yoom from the My Apps connection screen.
2. Select Discord as the trigger and set the “When a message is sent in a channel” action to define what starts the Flowbot.
3. Next, add a branching function as an operation and configure it to proceed only when a message matches specific conditions.
4. Then, set Gemini’s “Generate content” action as an operation to analyze and format the information based on the Discord message.
5. Finally, set Microsoft Excel’s “Add a record” action as an operation to add the content generated by Gemini to the specified file.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Discord trigger settings, you can specify any server ID or channel ID to monitor for messages.
• With the branching function, you can flexibly customize the conditions for proceeding to subsequent operations, such as processing only messages that contain specific keywords.
• You can freely edit the prompt used to have Gemini generate text and include the message content retrieved from Discord as a variable.
• You can assign which information to add to each Microsoft Excel column based on data retrieved in previous operations, such as the text generated by Gemini.

• Connect Discord, Gemini, and Microsoft Excel to Yoom.
• You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Available minimum trigger intervals vary by plan.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, Flowbot operations that use branching will result in an error.
• Paid plans, including the Mini plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
