■Overview
Do you find it time-consuming to manually re-upload files every time you manage product designs using Box and Printify?
These repetitive tasks not only waste time but can also lead to human errors, such as selecting the wrong file.
With this workflow, simply uploading a file to a specific Box folder automatically uploads the image to Printify, helping streamline data transfer operations.
■Who should use this template
- Anyone who wants to connect Box and Printify to streamline design data management and registration
- Anyone who spends too much time manually uploading files and wants to automate the process
- E-commerce professionals who want to prevent file upload errors and ensure accurate data transfers
■Benefits of using this template
- File registration in Printify is completed automatically by simply uploading a file to Box, reducing the time previously spent transferring files manually
- Eliminating manual uploads helps prevent human errors, such as selecting the wrong file or version, improving operational accuracy
■Workflow steps
- First, connect Box and Printify to Yoom
- Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder”
- Then, set the Box “Download File” action as an operation to download the file detected by the trigger
- Finally, set Printify’s “Upload Image” action as an operation to upload the downloaded file
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
- In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder ID for the folder where an uploaded file should trigger the workflow
- In the Box file download settings, specify the content ID of the file to download
- When uploading an image to Printify, you can set fixed values for fields such as the file name or use information retrieved in previous steps as variables
■Notes
- Connect both Box and Printify to Yoom.
- Files up to 300 MB can be downloaded. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
