Upload an image to Printify when a specific file is uploaded to Box

Do you manage design files in Box and sell products on Printify, but find manually uploading files time-consuming?
With this workflow, simply uploading a file to a specific Box folder automatically uploads the image to Printify. Streamline file transfers between Box and Printify while eliminating issues such as manual upload errors.

■Flow Bot Workflow

1. First, connect Box and Printify with Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. Then, configure the branching feature in an operation so that the workflow proceeds only when specific conditions, such as the file type, are met.
4. Next, configure Box’s “Download File” action in an operation to download the file detected by the trigger.
5. Finally, configure Printify’s “Upload Image” action in an operation to upload the downloaded file.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Box trigger settings, set the content ID of the folder you want to monitor.
• With the branching feature, you can freely set conditions for branching subsequent operations using information obtained in previous steps, such as the file name and extension.
• For the operation that downloads a file from Box, set the content ID of the target file.
• When uploading an image to Printify, you can set fixed values or information obtained in previous steps as variables for fields such as the file name.

■Notes

• Connect both Box and Printify with Yoom.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini Plan and higher. Please note that operations in configured flow bots will result in errors on the Free Plan.
• Paid plans such as the Mini Plan include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise restricted.
• The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
