■Workflow overview

1. First, connect Confluence and Google Drive with Yoom
2. Next, select Confluence as the trigger and set the action to “When a page is created”
3. Then, use the branching feature to configure the workflow so that subsequent actions run only when specific conditions are met
4. Finally, set the Google Drive “Create a folder” action in the operation and configure it to create a folder in the specified location

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger runs

■Customizing this workflow

• Set the conditions for running the workflow based on information retrieved from Confluence. For example, you can target only pages created in a specific space or pages whose titles contain specific keywords
• Customize the names and destination folders for folders created in Google Drive. You can also use dynamic settings, such as using the Confluence page title as the folder name

• Connect both Confluence and Google Drive to Yoom.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured workflow operation will result in an error.
