1. First, connect ClickUp and Google Meet to Yoom
2. Next, select ClickUp as the trigger and set the action to “When a task is created”
3. Next, set the ClickUp “Get a task” action as an operation to retrieve detailed information about the task created by the trigger
4. Next, use the branching feature in an operation to set conditions that determine whether to proceed with subsequent steps based on the retrieved task information
5. Next, set the Google Meet “Create a meeting space” action as an operation
6. Finally, set the ClickUp “Update a task” action as an operation to add the created Google Meet URL to the relevant task

■Customization Options

• In the ClickUp trigger settings, select the team, space, folder, and list you want to include in the automation
• For the ClickUp “Get a task” and “Update a task” actions, set the ID of the task you want to process using a fixed value or a value retrieved in a previous operation
• With the branching feature, set conditions to determine whether to create a meeting space based on information such as the retrieved task’s title or assignee
• In the ClickUp “Update a task” action, choose which task field to add the created Google Meet URL to
