■Workflow Steps

1. First, connect Discord and Taiga with Yoom
2. Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the “When a message is sent in a channel” action
3. Then, configure branching in Operations and specify conditions so that only specific messages proceed to the subsequent steps
4. Next, configure the AI feature in Operations to extract the information required to create an Issue from the message body
5. Finally, configure Taiga’s “Create Issue” action in Operations and create an Issue based on the extracted information

■Customization Options

• In the Discord trigger settings, specify the server ID and channel ID to monitor for messages
• With the branching feature, freely customize the conditions for triggering subsequent operations, such as processing only messages that contain specific keywords
• For text extraction using the AI feature, use the Discord message body as a variable and specify the items to extract, such as the Issue title and description
• When creating an Issue in Taiga, dynamically set values for fields such as the project and status using fixed values or information retrieved by previous operations

• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
