■How the Workflow Works
  1. First, connect DeepL, Salesforce, and Slack to Yoom.
  2. Next, select Salesforce as the trigger and set the action to “When a new record is added to the Lead object.”
  3. Then, select DeepL as an operation and set the “Translate text” action to translate the lead information retrieved from Salesforce.
  4. Finally, select Slack as an operation and set the “Send a message to a channel” action to notify the specified channel of the translated content.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
  • When configuring the Salesforce connection, set any My Domain URL that matches your environment.
  • For DeepL’s “Translate text” action, select the language you want to translate into, such as Japanese or English.
  • For Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action, select the channel where you want to send notifications.
■Notes
  • Connect Salesforce, DeepL, and Slack to Yoom.
  • You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  • Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
  • Salesforce is available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, operations and data connections in workflows configured with Salesforce will result in errors.
  • Paid plans, such as the Team and Success plans, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are otherwise restricted.
