Use the keywords and URL submitted through the form to research competitors with an AI worker and create an article outline.

Use the keywords and URL submitted through the form to research competitors with an AI worker and create an article outline.

Launch this workflow to connect Notion & Slack !
■Overview
Running an owned media site often involves researching and analyzing multiple competitor sites before creating an article outline—a process that can take considerable time. Covering the latest information while developing an outline optimized for your target keyword can be a major burden for editors. With this workflow, simply enter keywords and URLs in a form, and the AI Worker will automatically gather and analyze the latest web information to create an article outline. Automating the process from research to outline creation helps improve content quality while streamlining operations.

■Who Should Use This Template
  • Owned media editors who spend significant time collecting and analyzing information from multiple competitor sites
  • Content directors who want to efficiently create high-quality article outlines based on target keywords in less time
  • Marketing professionals who want to automate information scraping with the latest tools, such as Firecrawl, and consolidate the results in Notion

■Benefits of This Template
  • The AI automatically extracts information from the specified URLs, reducing the time spent on manual competitor research and allowing you to focus on more creative refinement.
  • The AI creates an outline based on the collected data and automatically saves it to Notion, streamlining information sharing across your team and enabling you to start writing sooner.

■Flowbot Steps
  1. First, connect Firecrawl, Notion, Slack, and the tools used by the AI Worker to Yoom.
  2. Next, select a form as the trigger and configure it to accept keywords and URLs.
  3. Next, create a manual (instruction) for the AI Worker to collect information from the URLs and generate an outline, then configure Firecrawl, Slack, and Notion as the tools it can use.
  4. Next, configure the Firecrawl “Run scraping” action in the operation.
  5. Next, configure Notion’s “Create a page” action to save the generated outline.
  6. Finally, configure Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action in the operation to send a completion notification.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options
  • Adjust the AI Worker’s instructions to customize the output for your own media, such as by defining the article’s tone and style or developing a specific persona in greater depth.
  • For Notion’s page creation action, configure the destination database and properties as needed to match your internal article management workflow.
  • In the Slack notification settings, add mentions for the appropriate team members to customize the workflow so they can reliably stay informed of updates.

■Notes
  • Connect Firecrawl, Slack, and Notion to Yoom. The tools (apps) used within the AI Worker must also be connected through My Apps.
  • For the AI Worker’s basic settings, see “[AI Worker] How to Configure the Basic Settings.”
  • The number of simultaneous AI Worker executions, the number of AI Workers you can create, and the AI models available to you depend on your plan.
  • The apps, operations, and other features available within the AI Worker are subject to the same usage limits as Flowbots.
  • Please note that the AI Worker consumes tasks during test runs just as it does during production runs. For details, see “[AI Worker] How Task Executions Are Calculated.”
  • The tools (apps) used within the AI Worker must also be connected through My Apps.
  • Providing detailed instructions makes it easier for the AI Worker to perform the appropriate actions. For details, see “[AI Worker] How to Create a Manual.”
