  1. First, connect Google Meet and your LINE Official Account to Yoom.
  2. Next, select the Schedule Trigger feature as the trigger and set the date and time for creating the meeting, such as 10:00 AM every Monday.
  3. Next, select Google Meet as the operation and configure the “Create a meeting space” action.
  4. Finally, configure the LINE Official Account “Send a broadcast message” action and send a message that includes the Google Meet URL created in the previous step.
