■How the Flow Bot works

First, connect Genba Plus and Discord with Yoom.
Next, select Genba Plus as the trigger and set the “When a file is registered” action.
Finally, set the “Send a message” action for Discord as an operation to notify a designated channel that a file has been registered.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customizing this workflow

For the Discord notification action, choose the channel where you want to send the message.
You can freely edit the notification message. In addition to fixed text, you can insert information retrieved by the Genba Plus trigger, such as the file name, as variables to create more detailed notifications.

Connect both Genba Plus and Discord with Yoom.
You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest trigger interval varies by plan.
Genba Plus is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, operations and Data Connects in configured Flow Bots that use Genba Plus will result in errors.
