■Overview
We perform image analysis of qualified invoices received via email and add them to kintone.
By adding a request to the person in charge in the process, more reliable data addition is made possible.
■Creation Method
① Select the email trigger from the trigger and set it as follows.
・Enter any address for receiving and set the trigger conditions.
・Attach a file in the same format as the invoice to be received to the address set once, and send a test email that meets the trigger conditions.
・Return to Yoom, conduct a test of the email, confirm receipt of the email, and save.

② Press the + mark under the trigger, select the operation to read text from images/PDFs, and set the following.
・Action: Select "Read qualified invoice".
・File attachment method: Select "Use obtained value" and set "Attachment 1" from the candidates.
・Additional items to extract: Obtain the following by default. If you want to add other values, please enter the items additionally.
※ "Issuer's name", "Issuer's registration number", "Transaction details", "Amount subject to 10%", "Consumption tax subject to 10%", "Amount subject to 8%", "Consumption tax subject to 8%", "Subtotal", "Total"
※ If the above default items are not included in the invoice, they will not be obtained.

・Conduct a test, confirm that the values can be obtained, and save.
③ Press the + mark, select the operation to request the person in charge, and set the following.
・Person in charge: Set any person in charge.
・Message field: Embed the values obtained in ② as they are, like {{Issuer's name}}. By doing this, the obtained values will be displayed as they are in the request to the person in charge.

・Click Add Form and enter the item names obtained in ② as they are. By doing this, it is possible to carry over the output obtained in ② or use the values modified by the person in charge.

④ Press the + mark, select kintone from "Operate Database", and set the following.
・Action: Add record
・App ID: Target app ID
・Values to add to the record: Select and embed the values corresponding to the displayed field codes from the output obtained in ③.
⑤ Select kintone from the operation to link with the app and set the following.
・Action: Select "Upload file".
・Subdomain: Enter the subdomain.
・File attachment method: Select "Use output" and set it as Attachment 1.
⑥ Select kintone from the operation to link with the app and set the following.
・Action: Select "Associate file with record".
・Subdomain: Enter the subdomain.
・App ID: Enter the specified app ID.
・Record ID: Embed the record ID obtained in ④.
・Field code: Enter the field code on the kintone side where you want to attach the file. ※ Please be careful as there are many errors.
※ Please refer to the kintone manual for field codes.
・File key: Embed the file key obtained in ⑤ as {{File key}}.
※ AI operations are functions available only in the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the case of the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations of the flow bot being set will result in an error, so please be careful.
※ Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan can be tried for free for two weeks. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
