■Overview
This flow adds lead information to Salesforce and sends a notification to Google Chat when a new response is submitted to a Google Form.
It can be utilized when you want to register user information submitted through an inquiry form as a lead.
Additionally, it is possible to change the object where data is stored to any object, such as the Opportunity object or Account object.
■Notes
・Please integrate Google Forms, Salesforce, and Google Chat with Yoom.
・Salesforce is an app that can only be used with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the configured flow bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.
・Integration with Google Chat is only possible with Google Workspace. Please refer to this for more details.
