This is a flow that creates a folder for each employee in OneDrive when an employee is registered in freee HR.

Manually preparing necessary documents, creating accounts, and creating/sharing folders every time a new employee joins can be very labor-intensive for HR personnel and may lead to human errors.
By utilizing this flow, when employee information is registered in freee HR, a folder for each employee is automatically created in OneDrive, allowing HR personnel to focus on more important tasks.

・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general corporate use (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general corporate plan, authentication may fail.
