When there is a response to the form, add a task to Backlog and send a notification in Chatwork.
When a new response is submitted to the Yoom form, this flow adds a task to Backlog based on the response content and sends a notification to Chatwork. This way, you don't need to manually check the form responses, as tasks are automatically added to Backlog and notifications are sent to Chatwork, preventing any gaps or omissions in information management.
