This is a flow to add user information registered in TimeRex as contacts to SendGrid.
With Yoom, you can easily achieve this flow without any programming, as it allows for integration between apps.

■Benefits of using this template
SendGrid is a useful tool for email distribution in various situations, but manually transferring user information every time a new schedule is added in TimeRex is inefficient.
By implementing this flow, you can automatically add participant information registered in TimeRex to a specific contact list in SendGrid, preventing input errors and omissions. This leads to more efficient user information management.
■Notes
・Please integrate both TimeRex and SendGrid with Yoom.
・Branching is a feature (operation) available in the Mini Plan or higher. If you are on the Free Plan, the operations set in the flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Mini Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
・The name data obtained from TimeRex is not separated into first and last names, so it will be collectively reflected in the last name field. However, by using the AI operation extraction feature, you may be able to split the name into first and last names.
