- First, connect Reddit and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
- Select Reddit as the trigger, set the action to “When a post matching a keyword is created,” and specify the keywords you want to monitor.
- Next, select the AI feature in Operations, set the action to “Extract data from text,” and instruct it to extract the required information from the Reddit post content.
- Finally, select Microsoft Teams in Operations, set the action to “Send a message to a channel,” and send the extracted data to the designated channel.

■Customization Options
- In the Reddit trigger settings, specify the keywords you want to monitor, such as your company's service name or related technologies.
- In the AI operation, you can freely define the data fields you want to extract from the Reddit post, such as “requests” or “issues.”
- In the Microsoft Teams notification settings, you can specify the team or channel where notifications should be sent. You can also insert the Reddit post URL and AI-extracted results as variables in the notification message.

- Connect both Reddit and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers home and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
