With this workflow, ChatGPT automatically generates an email tailored to the situation when a specific post is published in Microsoft Teams, then automates the request to the person in charge to send it—helping you resolve these challenges smoothly.

■Flowbot workflow

First, connect Microsoft Teams and ChatGPT to Yoom.
Next, select Microsoft Teams as the trigger and configure the flow to start when a new message is posted in a specific channel.
Next, configure branching in Operations to route the process based on keywords included in the post.
Next, select ChatGPT in Operations and configure it to generate an approval or action-request email based on the Microsoft Teams post.
Finally, configure the manual-start operation “Request action from the person in charge” to create a flow for reviewing the generated email and approving it for sending.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

In the Microsoft Teams trigger settings, specify the team ID and channel ID that should start the flow.
For branching, you can set conditions such as keywords to determine which post content should be detected and routed.
Customize the prompt (instructions) freely to suit your business and specify what kind of email message ChatGPT should generate.
Customize the message and request details displayed on the final request screen for the person in charge to suit your workflow.

■Notes

Connect both Microsoft Teams and ChatGPT to Yoom.
You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
To run ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, you need a paid OpenAI API plan.
(You must be able to make payments when the API is used) OpenAI API pricing
OpenAI provides the ChatGPT API as a paid service, and usage is billed based on the number of tokens used during API communication. If you are unable to make payments when using the API, an error will occur.
Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) offers consumer and business plans (Microsoft365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
Branching is an Operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
Paid plans such as the Personal plan include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (Operations) that are restricted on the Free plan.
