First, connect Genba Plus and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
Next, select Genba Plus as the trigger and set the “When a file is registered” action.
Finally, select Microsoft Teams as the operation, set the “Send a message to a channel” action, and create the notification message.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

You can configure notifications to be sent to any Microsoft Teams channel or team.
You can freely customize the notification message. In addition to fixed text, you can include information retrieved by the trigger, such as the Genba Plus file name.

■Notes

Connect both Genba Plus and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers home and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
Genba Plus is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, the configured Flowbot operations and data connections will result in errors.
