With this workflow, the page content is automatically retrieved when a page is created in Confluence, summarized by AI, and added to Microsoft Excel—making it easy to streamline information consolidation.

■Flowbot Steps

1. Connect Confluence and Microsoft Excel to Yoom.
2. Select Confluence as the trigger and set the trigger action to “When a page is created.” This detects when a new page is created in Confluence and starts the flow.
3. Set the Confluence “Get a page” action as an operation to retrieve detailed information about the created page.
4. Set the AI feature’s “Summarize” action as an operation to generate a summary based on the retrieved page content.
5. Set Microsoft Excel’s “Add a record” action as an operation to add the retrieved page information and AI-generated summary to the specified sheet.
