■Workflow
- First, connect Microsoft Teams and Slack to Yoom.
- Next, select Microsoft Teams as the trigger, set the action to “When a message is sent to a channel,” and specify the target channel.
- Then, set the AI feature action “Translate” in the operation and translate the message retrieved from Microsoft Teams into your preferred language.
- Set the AI feature action “Generate text” to create a report-style document based on the translated text.
- Finally, set Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action in the operation to notify the specified channel with the generated report.
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
- In the AI feature’s “Generate text” action, you can enter fixed values in the prompt to specify the report format and content, or embed information such as translation results retrieved in earlier steps as variables.
- For the Slack notification action, you can not only set any destination channel, but also customize the notification by adding fixed text to the message body or embedding information such as report content generated in the flow as variables.
■Notes
- Connect both Slack and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) offers home and business plans (Microsoft365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- The translation feature is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, the configured Flowbot operations and data connections will result in errors.
- Paid plans such as the Personal, Mini, Team, and Success plans offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
