- Next, select Gmail as the trigger and set the action to “When an email with a specific label is received,” then specify the conditions for the emails you want to automate.
- Next, set CloudConvert’s “Upload a file” action as an operation and specify the PDF file received in Gmail.
- Then, configure CloudConvert’s “Convert a file” action to convert the uploaded file to PPT format.
- After that, configure CloudConvert’s “Run an export task for a file,” “Get the download URL for a file,” and “Download a file” actions in sequence to retrieve the converted file.
- Finally, set Google Drive’s “Upload a file” action as an operation and save the downloaded PPT file to the specified folder.

- In Google Drive’s “Upload a file” action, you can configure settings such as the destination folder ID and file name by entering fixed text or using values retrieved by previous actions.

- Connect each of Gmail, CloudConvert, and Google Drive with Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan.
- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.

- Flow bots with more than five operations can be created on the Personal plan or higher. Please note that flow bots will not run on the Free plan.
