■Flowbot Workflow

1. First, connect Box and Discord to Yoom
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder”
3. Next, set the Box “Download File” action as an operation and specify the PDF file detected by the trigger
4. Next, set up the RPA feature as an operation and record the steps for uploading the file to any online conversion tool, converting it to a Word file, and downloading it
5. Next, set the “Replace Data Using Regular Expressions” or “Change File Name” action in the data transformation feature to rename the file according to your preferred rules
6. Finally, set the Discord “Send File” action as an operation and send the converted Word file to the specified channel

• For the Box trigger, you can choose which folder to monitor for uploaded files

• When sending files to Discord, you can freely specify the destination channel and include dynamic information, such as the file name, in the accompanying message
