■Flowbot Workflow

1. First, connect Discord and OneDrive to Yoom.
2. Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the “When a message is sent in a channel” action.
3. Then, configure the branching feature in the operation so the flow runs only when specific conditions are met, such as when a specific keyword is included in the message.
4. When the conditions are met, use Discord’s “Download files in a message” action to retrieve the posted Word file.
5. Next, use the RPA feature’s “Operate the browser” action to access your preferred online file conversion tool and record and execute the steps to convert the Word file to PowerPoint.
6. Use the data transformation feature’s “Replace data using regular expressions” action to prepare the information used for the saved file name.
7. Finally, configure OneDrive’s “Upload a file” action to save the converted and formatted file in the designated folder.

■Customization Options

• In the Discord trigger settings, specify the channel where you want to start the flow.
• With the branching feature, you can freely define the conditions for starting the flow, such as running it only when a specific keyword is included in the message.
• For the RPA feature (browser operation), configure the URL of the online conversion tool you use and the series of steps from selecting the file to executing the conversion to match your workflow.
• For the OneDrive file upload action, you can specify any destination folder and file name.

• Connect both Discord and OneDrive to Yoom.
• Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home use and business use (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
• The branching feature is available on the Mini Plan or above, while the browser operation feature is available only on the Success Plan. On other plans, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
