When the status of a specific record in kintone is updated, a contract will be automatically sent using freee Sign.

The recipient's email address and sender's name can be freely customized.‍

◼️Setup Instructions

1. Connect each of the kintone and freee Sign apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)

2. Set the Webhook URL, which can be obtained from the "When status is updated" trigger in kintone, as the Webhook destination URL in the relevant kintone app.

3. In the freee Sign operation "Create contract from template," configure the embedded fields and other settings based on the information obtained from kintone.

4. In the freee Sign operation "Send contract," set the email address obtained from kintone.

・Integration with Yoom is required for both kintone and freee Sign.

・Information necessary for the contract (recipient's email address, name, company name, etc.) must be registered in kintone.
