■Workflow Overview

1. First, connect Discord and Loops to Yoom.
2. Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel.”
3. Then, configure the AI feature’s “Extract Text” operation to extract information such as names and contact details from the message body.
4. After that, configure the branching feature’s “Branch” operation so the workflow proceeds only when the required information has been extracted.
5. Finally, configure Loops’ “Create Contact” operation to create a new contact based on the extracted information.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the workflow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Discord trigger settings, specify the server ID and channel ID you want to monitor.
• With the AI text extraction feature, you can freely specify the information to extract from the message body, such as names and email addresses.
• With the branching feature, you can flexibly set execution conditions, such as proceeding to the next step only when specific information is extracted by the preceding AI operation.
• When creating a contact in Loops, freely map the extracted information to the appropriate fields.

• You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, workflows containing this operation will result in an error.
