■Flowbot Overview

1. First, connect Box and Slack to Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. Then, set up Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action as an operation to send a review request notification.
4. Next, select the wait function as an operation and configure it to wait for a specified period, such as 3 days.
5. Finally, set up Slack’s “Send a message to a thread” action as an operation to send a reminder message in the thread of the initial notification.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customizable Features

• In the Box trigger settings, you can specify any folder you want to monitor.
• For the Slack notification operation, you can freely set the channel where the message is sent and the people to mention. You can also insert information retrieved from Box, such as the file name, into the message as variables.
• In the wait operation, you can change the waiting period before sending a reminder from “3 days later” to any date or time.

• Connect both Box and Slack to Yoom.
• The “Wait” operation is available only on the Team and Success Plans. On the Free and Mini Plans, flowbot operations that include this setting will result in an error.
