■How the Flowbot Works

1. First, connect Confluence and OneDrive to Yoom.
2. Next, select Confluence as the trigger and set the action to “When a page is created.”
3. Then, set up the “Branching” feature in the operations and specify conditions, such as whether the page was created in a specific space or its title contains a specific keyword.
4. Finally, set OneDrive’s “Create a folder” action as the operation for when the conditions are met, so a folder is created in the desired location.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• With the branching feature, define the conditions for starting the Flowbot, such as when a page is created in a specific space or when its title contains a specific keyword.
• With OneDrive’s folder creation action, freely specify the folder name and the parent folder where it should be stored.

• Connect both Confluence and OneDrive to Yoom.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest trigger interval varies by plan.
• Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers personal and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
• Branching is an available feature (operation) on the Mini plan and higher. On the Free plan, configured Flowbot operations that require branching will result in an error.
• Paid plans, including the Mini plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise restricted.
