■Workflow steps

1. First, connect Box and Confluence to Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. Then, add a branch condition and specify the criteria for the files to process, such as a specific file name or extension.
4. When the criteria are met, set the Box “Download a file” action in the operation.
5. Next, use the AI feature’s “Extract text from images and PDFs” action to extract text from the downloaded file.
6. Finally, set Confluence’s “Create a page” action and create a page using the extracted text.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that runs within the workflow after the trigger starts it.

■Customization options

• Set the conditions for the files you want to process, such as file names and formats, using the branching feature. For example, you can configure the workflow to run only when the file name contains “Meeting Notes.”
• Freely map which parts of the text extracted by OCR should be used as the Confluence page title and body.
• Customize the title and body format, destination space, parent page, and other settings for pages created in Confluence to fit your workflow.

• Connect both Box and Confluence to Yoom.
• The branching feature is available on the Mini Plan and above, while OCR operations are available only on the Team Plan and Success Plan. On the Free Plan and Mini Plan, configured workflow operations that require these features will result in errors.
• Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan include a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and AI features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
• OCR may not be able to read data containing more than 6,500 characters or text that is too small. Please be aware of this limitation.
• The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
