When a page that meets specific conditions is created in Confluence, AI reads its content and automatically registers the customer information in Square. This eliminates the time and effort required for manual data entry and helps prevent input errors, improving operational efficiency.

- Next, select Confluence as the trigger and set the action to “When a page is created”
- Next, configure branching in the operation so that subsequent actions run only under specific conditions
- Next, configure Confluence’s “Retrieve a page” action in the operation to retrieve detailed information about the created page
- Next, configure the AI feature in the operation to extract customer information and other details from the retrieved page information
- Finally, configure Square’s “Register customer information” action in the operation to register the customer based on the information extracted by AI
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
- In the Confluence trigger settings, specify which spaces to monitor
- In the branching settings, define your own conditions, such as running the workflow only when the page title contains specific keywords
- In the AI operation, specify the information you want to extract from the Confluence page, such as the customer’s name and email address
- In the Square registration operation, map which information extracted by AI should be registered in which Square fields
■Notes
- Connect both Confluence and Square to Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, operations in Flowbots that include branching will result in an error.
- Paid plans, including the Mini plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
