  4. Next, configure the “Request action from an assignee” action under the assignee request feature as an operation. You can include confirmation or approval steps for people and schedules as needed.
  5. Finally, configure Google Calendar’s “Create an event” action as an operation to automatically schedule events related to the project.

  • In the Asana operation settings, set the project ID to target and the email addresses of the members to add to the project.
