■Flowbot Steps
  1. First, connect Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams with Yoom.
  2. Next, configure the schedule feature as the trigger to run the Flowbot at regular intervals.
  3. Then, select Smartsheet in the operation and configure the “Retrieve a list of discussion IDs” action.
  4. Next, use the AI feature in the operation to create instructions for generating a notification message based on the retrieved discussion information.
  5. Finally, configure Microsoft Teams’ “Send a message to a channel” action in the operation to notify the designated channel with the generated message.

  • When generating text with the AI feature, you can freely customize the prompt (instructions) to match the content you want to share, including information such as discussion IDs retrieved from Smartsheet.
  • For Microsoft Teams notifications, you can choose any destination channel and customize the message flexibly by adding fixed text or inserting values retrieved in previous operations as variables.

  • Connect both Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams with Yoom. 
  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers home and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
