- With the file name conversion feature, you can customize the name of downloaded files to make them easier to identify, including details such as the date.

- Connect both Secure Samba and Outlook to Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest trigger interval varies by plan.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home use and business use (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
- For details on the file size limits for triggers and individual operations, see File Size Limits.
- Branch operations are available on the Personal plan and above, while Secure Samba is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, configured Flowbot operations and data connections will result in errors.
