■Flowbot steps

First, connect SecureSAMBA and Gmail to Yoom.
Next, select Gmail as the trigger and set the action to “When an email with a specific label is received.”
Finally, set SecureSAMBA’s “Upload file” action as the operation and configure it to store attachments from emails received in Gmail.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

In the Gmail trigger settings, you can choose which email label starts the automation. Specify an easy-to-manage label, such as “Invoices” or a customer name.
In the file upload settings for SecureSAMBA, you can specify the destination folder.

■Notes

Connect both SecureSAMBA and Gmail to Yoom.
You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
The maximum file size available for download is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
