With this workflow, simply save a file to a specific OneDrive folder to automatically import it to Canva, reducing manual file management and streamlining your design process.

- First, connect OneDrive and Canva to Yoom.
- Then, set the trigger to OneDrive and choose the action “When a file is created or updated in a specific folder.”
- Next, configure a branch in Operations and set the condition to proceed only when a file is created or updated.
- Then, add the OneDrive “Download file” operation to fetch the file detected by the trigger.
- Finally, add Canva’s “Create design (import)” operation to import the downloaded file.

- In the OneDrive trigger, you can specify any folder as the starting point. Set a project-specific folder or any folder that fits your use case.
- You can set any title for the new design created in Canva. For easier management, automatically assign a title by referencing the OneDrive file name.
■Important notes
- Connect Yoom to both OneDrive and Canva.
- You can choose trigger intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- The shortest interval varies by plan.
- Microsoft 365（formerly Office 365）has Home plans and Business plans（Microsoft 365 Business）; if you are not subscribed to a Business plan, authentication may fail.
- Branching is available on the Personal plan or higher as a feature（operation）. On the Free plan, configured Workflow operations will result in errors.
- Paid plans such as the Personal plan include a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you can use restricted apps and features（operations）. For details, see the Pricing plans page.
- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app, the limit may be below 300 MB.
