■Overview

The image data of business cards answered in the form will be analyzed, added to the database, and notifications will be sent to the chat.

By adding a person in charge request in the middle, more reliable data addition is made possible.

■Preparation

Set the column names of the invoice information you want to add to the Yoom database in advance.

※Column names refer to items like these.

※"Company Name", "Name", "Department/Position", "Address", "Phone Number", "Email Address" etc.

■Creation Method

① Select the form trigger from the trigger.

② Prepare a file-type question for answering business card data and a text-type question for entering the email address of the form respondent in the form's question items.

③ In the next screen, store and input demo business card data and address as a sample and save it.

④ Press the + mark under the trigger and select the operation to read text from images/PDFs.

⑤ Select "Read business card information" from the action and proceed to the next step.

⑥ In the file attachment method, select "Use the obtained value" and set the response item to store the business card data set in the form trigger from the candidates.

⑦ For additional items you want to extract, the following are obtained by default. If you want to add other values, please enter the items additionally.

※"Company Name", "Name", "Department/Position", "Address", "Phone Number", "Email Address"

※If the above default items are not included in the business card, they will be obtained with values like empty or Not Provided.

⑧ Conduct a test, confirm whether the values can be obtained, and save it.

⑨ Press the + mark and select the operation to request a response from the person in charge.

⑩ Set any person in charge, click the message field, and embed the values obtained in the test of ⑧ as they are, like {{Company Name}}.

By doing this, the obtained values will be displayed as they are in the person in charge request.

⑪ Click Add Form and enter the item names obtained in ⑧ as they are. By doing this,

⑫ Press the + mark, select Yoom from Operate Database, then select the pre-prepared table and set the action to add a record.

⑬ On the next page, the pre-set column names will be displayed, so click the field of each column name,

Enter the items obtained in the operation to request a response from the person in charge of ⑪ into the corresponding column name.
