■Overview
We perform image analysis of handwritten documents received via email, add them to the database, and notify the chat.
By adding a request to the person in charge during the process, more reliable data addition is possible.
※ Handwritten documents may not be accurately read depending on the handwriting style.
■Preparation
Set the column names of the invoice information you want to add to the Yoom database in advance.
※ Column names refer to items like this: "Date Added," "Content Read," etc.
■Creation Method
① Select the email trigger from the trigger.
② Enter an arbitrary address in the address for receiving and set the trigger conditions.
③ Once, attach a file containing the same items as the document to be received to the address in ② and send a test email that meets the trigger conditions.
④ Return to Yoom, conduct a mail test, and save once you confirm the mail reception. ※ It may take some time for the test to be reflected.

⑤ Press the + mark under the trigger and select the operation to read text from images/PDF.
⑥ Select to read text information from PDF or images from the action and proceed to the next step.
⑦ In the file attachment method, select "Use obtained value" and set "Attachment File 1" from the candidates.
⑧ Enter the obtained item name for the additional items you want to extract.

⑨ Conduct a test, confirm whether the value was obtained, and save.
⑩ Press the + mark and select the operation to request a response from the person in charge.
⑪ Set an arbitrary person in charge, click the message field, and embed the value obtained in the test of ⑨ as it is, like {{Company Name}}. By doing this, the obtained value will be displayed as it is in the request to the person in charge.

⑫ Click Add Form and directly enter the item name obtained in ⑨ in the item. By doing this, it is possible to carry over the output obtained in ⑨ or use the value modified by the person in charge.

⑬ Press the + mark, select Yoom from Operate Database, then select the prepared table and set the action to add a record.
⑭ On the next page, the column names set in advance will be displayed, so click the field of each column name and enter the items obtained in the operation to request a response from the person in charge in ⑫ in the corresponding column name.

⑮ Press the + mark, select Chatwork from Integrate with Apps, and choose the action to send a message.
⑯ On the next page, set the specified room ID and establish arbitrary content for the message content to complete the setup.
※ AI operations are functions available only in the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the case of the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations of the flow bot set will result in an error, so please be careful.
